1. Agreement

By using showformstudio.com, booking an appointment, or having work performed by Show Form Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

We provide auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, window tinting, paint protection film and related services. Descriptions and photographs on our website are illustrative. Results vary with the condition, age, paint type and history of each vehicle.

3. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are booked online, by phone or in person. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Vehicles must be dropped off at the agreed time. Late arrivals may need to be rebooked. We may decline or stop work on a vehicle whose condition makes the service unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Pricing and estimates

Prices quoted before inspection are estimates. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of the vehicle and the work actually required. We will tell you before performing any work beyond what was quoted. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Your vehicle

• Please remove personal belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

• Tell us about pre-existing damage, aftermarket paint or bodywork, wraps, or previous coatings. These affect what we can do and what results are possible.

• Detailing and correction can reveal existing defects such as thin or repainted panels, failing clear coat, chips, or prior repairs. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage that results from them.

• Vehicles left more than 24 hours after we notify you that work is complete may be subject to a storage fee.

6. Warranties

Any warranty on a ceramic coating, paint protection film or window tint is the one provided in writing with that product or installation, and is subject to its own terms, including required maintenance. Except for those written warranties, our services are provided as is, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Promotions and giveaways

Promotions, discounts and giveaways are subject to their own published rules and dates. Where rules conflict with these terms, the promotion rules control for that promotion. Current giveaway rules are posted at showformstudio.com/giveaway.

8. Text messaging

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Show Form Studio at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 9. Website use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation. All content on the site, including text, photographs, logos and the Show Form Studio name, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or diminished value.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised, and the current version is posted at showformstudio.com/terms.
